Semi automatic packing machines PA-500 have productivity 400 or 600 boxes per hour depending on chosen mode, full or short pass of carriage. I.e. it will suit you best if you have to pack 3000-5000 packs daily. These machines use polypropylene film and may have thermo shrink option which allows tighten cover tightly and make it glossier.

We produce every machine for semi-automatic packing of definite standard item, for example DVD "Amarey" slim 7.5 mm, or DVD "Super Jewel" 10 mm, or CD "Super Jewel" 10 mm etc., and machine can pack only this dimension-type. If you want to pack other dimension-type on this machine in semi-automatic mode then you will have to install other replaceable module for desired item and install film of other width. Or you can pack other dimension-type on this machine in a manual mode with lowered efficiency. Totally we produce appliances for 14 standard dimension-types. If you want to wrap some non-standard article such as soap, perfume, tea or cigarettes boxes, etc., then you have to place an order for custom-built wrapping machine, which will be manufactured within two weeks. For this purpose we shall ask from you sizes and sample box.

This appliance is called semi automatic because only the first operation, a primary splicing, is conducted manually and all other operations are automatic. So the quality of packing depends on operator’s skill to a lesser extent.
