Manual packing machines LM-180, TS-200, KC-230 and TS-380 have productivity 200-250 boxes per hour, i.e. it is the best choice for 1600-2000 packs a day. These machines use polypropylene film. We produce 4 manual models and 2 of them have thermo shrink table which allows tighten cover more tightly and make it glossier.

These machines are versatile, i.e. you can pack different boxes in one device, for example, CD, DVD, BD, perfume, tea etc. with only a slight re-adjustment and with a replacement of film roll, because every box requires definite width of roll.

This appliance is called manual because all operations are conducted manually. So the quality of packing entirely depends on operator’s skill.

You can install a tear tape adapter on these machines. We provide 12 month warranty for these machines.
