Machine is used for packing of more bulky items than TS-380 capable, such as few bottles of detergent or shampoo in 10-15-20 pieces per box, similarly for candy and confectionery group packaging, as well as tea, coffee, cigarettes, magazines, books and blocks of books, various gift sets and toys.
There is a separate temperature control on both thermo electric heaters, automatic maintenance of temperature in prescribed limits, separate indication of machine’s thermo electric heaters heating, possibility to turn off 1 thermo electric heater.
TS-500 has two major differences from the TS-380. The first difference is a thermo heater of larger size, which makes the TS-500 more attractive for the packaging of bulky items (boxes of chocolates, cigarettes, coffee, tea, perfumes, toys, gifts etc), also the thermo shrink can be performed on the thermo table. The second distinguishing feature is the increased width of the machine what allows you to install packing film having width of up to 500 mm.
The quality of the packing depends on operator’s skill. As a rule two hours is enough in order operator could start to work on machine pretty confidently. Machine’s capabilities and operator’s qualification allows to get a high quality of the packed box even without an additional thermo shrink. The DVD containing video film with instruction on operation is applied to the machine.
The machine is dependable and not difficult in operation.
