Machine operation is explained by giving an example of DVD disc.
Operation of other PA-500 machines is similar.

Packing is conducted in two stages: initial splicing and envelope shaping.

First stage - initial splicing (manual operation)

Wrap box in a polypropylene film as shown on photo. Leave equal margins from left and right.

Then, having clutched a polypropylene film with forefingers from both sides, pull box to you.

And lower it down to table, while pressing to the microswitch and to the thermo plate. The film is cut and stuck in this moment. And cylindrical rod on roller pulls a film back in order it not to impede. Keep in this position for 0.5-1 seconds.

Second stage - envelope shaping and thermo shrinking (automatic operation)

Now, after an initial splicing, your box has one stuck side of three ones. Put sample in a transporter and press switch with a sample.

Transporter automatically will start moving and push sample along rail runners inside tunnel.

Inside tunnel the envelope will be automatically shaped, spliced and shrinked (but on some variants shrinking is absent). Then fully ready box will be ejected behind.
